We are currently seeking a qualified IBM Maximo Administrator.
Successful candidates will support the configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of enterprise Maximo environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience administering Maximo in production, supporting users, and performing routine system configuration and troubleshooting.

Successful candidates will support the configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of enterprise Maximo environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience administering Maximo in production, supporting users, and performing routine system configuration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
- Administer and support IBM Maximo, ensuring system stability, security, and performance.
- Handle daily support inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resolutions.
- Perform system administration tasks including user management, security groups, and access control.
- Configure Maximo applications (domains, classifications, application screens, conditional UI).
- Manage and troubleshoot workflows, communication templates, and role-based assignments.
- Support data imports/exports using MIF or related tools.
- Execute basic SQL queries for issue analysis and data validation.
- Assist with upgrades, fix packs, and UAT/regression testing.
- Document procedures and provide training/support to end users.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of experience administering IBM Maximo in a production environment.
- Experience supporting enterprise rollouts and helpdesk/super-user activities.
- Practical experience with configuration tools (Application Designer, Database Configuration, Conditional UI).
- Knowledge of Maximo’s security model and workflow administration.
- Basic SQL skills; familiarity with integrations and BIRT reporting is an asset.
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Maximo industry solutions (Transportation, Utilities, Oil & Gas) considered an advantage.
