We’re seeking a permanent full-time team member, 2–3 days in office, to join the Kids Help Phone Foundation team and help give more young people’s feelings a place to go. Reporting to the Director, Advancement Operations and Annual Giving, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Advancement Operations by managing and optimizing donor data, systems, and reporting tools. You’ll ensure smooth operations and effective data management across multiple platforms.

The Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain donor and fundraising systems, including RE NXT, Raisin, and Mailchimp, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports using Power BI, RE NXT, and Excel to support decision-making and track fundraising progress.
  • Prepare and clean data for communications, solicitations, and events.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, manage user accounts, and support platform upkeep.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy policies and donor restrictions when handling donor and gift data.
  • Support process improvements, document procedures, and maintain efficient workflows.
  • Assist internal teams with data requests and provide cross-departmental support.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members, and support onboarding and training.

The Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in a related discipline (e.g., Fundraising Management) or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in database administration, preferably in a non-profit or fundraising environment.
  • Experience with Raiser’s Edge and RE NXT or similar donor management platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in MS 365, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of data management and fundraising operations.
