About The Position

As an Operations & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting store operations while ensuring consistent execution of marketing and visual merchandising initiatives across our locations. This role works closely with store teams, Regional Managers, HR, IT, and International Operations to improve efficiency, maintain brand standards, and support business growth.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, is highly organized, and enjoys working cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Store Support

  • Support daily store operations and ensure consistency with company standards
  • Act as a key liaison between stores and Head Office
  • Support store openings, relocations, renovations, and operational transitions
  • Coordinate operational follow-ups with HR, IT, and Regional Managers

Project Management

  • Support and drive continuous improvement projects
  • Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives related to store efficiency
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and execution at store level

Visual Merchandising & Marketing

  • Support the execution of VM standards and in-store marketing guidelines
  • Coordinate local marketing initiatives in locations without a dedicated Marketing Manager
  • Liaise with shopping malls and partners to ensure brand compliance
  • Support campaign and promotional rollouts

Communication

  • Ensure clear communication between Head Office and stores via the CHANGE employee app
  • Support internal communication related to operations and marketing initiatives

Training & Onboarding

  • Support training on operational procedures, systems, and tools
  • Assist with onboarding and training coordination for new Store Managers

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years in operations, retail coordination, or marketing coordination (retail/B2C preferred)
  • Education: Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field (asset)
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
    • Detail-oriented with strong execution skills
    • Strong IT proficiency with retail systems
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Languages: English required; French required

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel between store locations
  • Valid passport and availability for air travel when required
