  • Manage complexity with confidence—organizing large volumes of legal documents and hearing materials.
  • Drive excellence in process and decision-making, helping maintain integrity and fairness in every proceeding.

We’re looking for someone with a strong organizational background—ideally with experience as a legal secretary—who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. • Experience interpreting, analyzing, and applying various legislation, regulations, policies and rules of procedure in an adjudicative environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills with experience drafting, reviewing, and editing complex documentation for internal and external stakeholders in compliance with applicable legislation, policies, and rules of procedure.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with experience prioritizing tasks effectively to meet statutory, departmental, and tribunal-imposed deadlines.
  • Ability to apply sound judgment and exercise problem-solving skills to handle non-routine issues.
  • Experience performing data entry.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and professionally with Tribunal members, stakeholders, and to speak confidently before a large audience.
  • Superior attention to detail to work efficiently with a high level of quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage confidential and politically sensitive material in an appropriate and professional manner.
  • Extensive experience providing analytical and administrative support for quasi-judicial hearings in a busy, fast-paced office environment.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) or compatible programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with team members, clients, and the general public.
  • Experience managing and processing cash transactions.
Desired:
