About The Accounts Receivable Specialist Opening
Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for the tasks assigned so that accurate financial statements are completed in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will be responsible for timely collection of all parts and service receivable accounts for eight companies, handling the daily AR inquiries and ensuring adequate follow-up when necessary. Duties also include administration of all related files and transactions, ensuring proper processes and systems are in place and being used for collections. Preparing daily deposit and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring solid accounts receivable experience along with strong communication and organizational skills. The ability to problem-solve, identify concerns, and take a proactive approach is essential for success in this role. A general understanding of accounting principles, along with 2–3 years of experience in a similar position, is considered an asset.
