The Dufresne Group is currently seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist for our Dufresne Marketing Team. This role is located on a hybrid basis at our Home Office at 147 Commerce Drive in Winnipeg.

As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be a dynamic and data-driven role created to manage and optimize our PPC campaigns and social media presence. You will have a strong understanding of digital advertising, analytics, and content strategy, with the ability to translate business goals into effective online marketing campaigns.

As The Performance Marketing Specialist You Will

  • Plan execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor daily budgets, bids, and conversions to ensure ROI targets are met.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, new tools, and industry best practices
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and grow company profiles across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging, on-brand content (graphics, videos, posts, stories, etc.).
  • Plan and manage paid social campaigns, optimizing for engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions) and report results.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging

As a Successful Candidate You Will Have The Following

  • 2 - 4 years of experience managing PPC and/or paid social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, conversion tracking, and audience targeting.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills; proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and messaging.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Combination of education and experience will be considered.
