We are seeking a dedicated Site Superintendent to lead ground-up construction projects in the commercial / industrial buildings industry. This role is based in Prince George and requires expertise in managing ICI general construction projects, including pre-fabricated steel buildings.

Description

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of ground-up construction projects on-site in Prince George.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Coordinate and supervise all site activities, including subcontractors and trades.
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations and ensure site compliance with all codes and standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Ensure proper handling and installation of pre-fabricated steel building components.

Profile

A successful Site Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience in ground-up new build ICI general construction projects.

• Ability to resolve issues and make decisions efficiently on-site.
