Position Summary

The Position reports to Sr. Program Manager

We are looking for Manager, Community Programs to provide operational leadership and oversight for the organization's community-based programs and services. The manager is responsible for the effective planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of assigned programs while ensuring high-quality, client-centered service delivery. This role provides leadership to front-line staff, oversees program operations, budgets, and staffing, fosters community partnerships, and ensures compliance with contractual, organizational, and accreditation standards. Through ongoing evaluation and continuous quality improvement, the Manager supports positive outcomes for clients, staff, and the organization. The position is in-person with no opportunities to work remotely.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in program management or a combination of equivalent related education and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • And / or a combination of education, training, and experience equivalent to the above will be considered;
  • Demonstrated experience leading, supervising, coaching, and developing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience managing community-based programs, including case management and client support services.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English at a professional level, with excellent communication, organization and interpersonal abilities.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) and case management systems.
  • Criminal Record Check.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
