We are a high-volume, flat rate shop with a fair work-share policy, operating in a team environment, and led by a highly experienced Service Manager with over 40 years in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
- Perform accurate vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to industry flat rate time allowances
- Provide accurate estimates and written vehicle reports for all work performed
- Explain procedures and repairs to customers to build trust and long-term retention
- Liaise with Management, Service Advisors, and Parts to ensure smooth workflow during repairs
- Instruct, monitor, and share knowledge with apprentices
- Perform daily bay inspections to maintain shop cleanliness and safety
- Perform road tests in compliance with store policy
- Report unsafe vehicles or shop hazards to management immediately
- Comply with all company, store, and health & safety policies
Requirements
- Red Seal Inter-Provincial Certification
- Level 4 apprentices with sufficient logged hours will also be considered
- CFC Handling Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean abstract for the province of employment
- Ability to work effectively with computerized systems; CoStar experience an asset
- Strong knowledge of current automotive technology across domestic and imported vehicles
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual earnings typically range from $80,000–$100,000+, depending on productivity
