Shift: 12-hour days

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Administrator is responsible for the set-up and closure of all production runs. This position will be responsible for the verification and preparation of production runs, consumptions and closures in our ERP system and reconciling discrepancies.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensures materials and supplies are ready and staged for production runs

• Maintain ERP system accuracy inclusive of location-to-location movements, adjustments, understand and verify transactions in ERP database

• Ensure quality and operational checks are completed as required during the production run and reports any deficiencies

• Maintain all necessary production records and documentation

• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all workspaces

• Support production teams as required

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production line environment

• Previous experience utilizing ERP systems considered and asset

• Experience in processing and machine operation an asset.

• Physically capable of frequently lifting up to 50 lbs

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to work effectively alone and prioritize

• Attention to detail

• Flexible and willing to work OT as required

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $22.50 - 25.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered will be determined by skills, experience, education, market benchmarks and internal equity.
