Position Summary

• A Teaching Assistant is a Graduate Student employed to assist a Course Supervisor.
• Assist Professor in preparing, grading, and reviewing HW sets & other assignments, quizzes, exams.
• Prepare, conduct, and lead tutorials
• Reading course materials
• Communication with students regarding MyCourses

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Biology, Bioengineering, or closely-related field
• Currently registered as a graduate student at McGill University.
• 1 year of college calculus, chemistry, and physics
• BIOL 112 or similar, BIOL/BIEN219 or similar, MATH 222 or similar
• Preference given to candidates that have previously completed BIOL/BIEN219.
