Edon is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide general maintenance, repairs, and facility support across a portfolio of commercial properties in Edmonton. This hands-on role requires a practical problem solver who takes pride in quality workmanship, delivers excellent customer service, and is comfortable interacting directly with clients and building occupants. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining safe, functional, and professional work environments while supporting day-to-day facility operations.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in building maintenance, facility services, construction, carpentry, or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience using common hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
What You'll Do
- Perform general maintenance and repair work in commercial office environments.
- Complete minor carpentry, painting, patching, and finishing repairs.
- Repair and adjust doors, locks, hardware, cabinetry, fixtures, and furnishings.
- Respond to service requests and work orders in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Assist with office reconfigurations, furniture installations, and facility improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.
- Build positive working relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and team members.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
