We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Management Professional with extensive expertise in high-rise residential construction to lead our dynamic team. In this impactful role, you will oversee large-scale projects from conception through to completion, ensuring that all work is executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Job Description
- Project Leadership: Oversee multiple high-rise residential construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery and strict adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Strategic Planning: Create and implement detailed project plans that encompass scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborative Engagement: Partner closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth integration of construction methodologies.
- Innovation Advocacy: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to foster innovation in construction practices.
- Staff Development: Mentor and guide project management staff, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Company Representation: Act as the company's representative at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, reinforcing our position as a leader in the construction sector.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on high-rise residential projects.
- Track Record: Proven success in delivering large-scale construction projects.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of design, engineering, and construction processes.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Education: A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
