QUALIFICATIONS:

  • In progress or completed bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR.
