Position Description

TIER 1 JR. ERP System Administrator – 60%

  • User / Group administration
  • Creating users, vehicles, routes
  • Assigning User Roles and Permissions
  • Setting users inactive
  • Annual User Verification

General system Administration – Tier 1 Support

  • Investigate / make notes and escalate product questions or issues sent to NavuRequest support email.
  • Coordinate meetings with support team and parties experiencing issues. Log resolutions/results.
  • Configuration changes under direction of senior staff
  • Review and Communication of Navusoft Release Updates to Company Users
  • Updating of Production Cost Values as required
  • Set up and maintenance of configuration
  • Other Software Product Support as assigned

Troubleshooting

  • login / permissions and related access issues
  • General Access issues (tablet)
  • Investigate and resolve general product problems reported.
  • Develop knowledge of Waste and Recycling business/operations

Navusoft Project Work Entry – 40%

Project Work

  • Assist with data entry of customers/sites/services/routing
  • Assist with Contract related reporting and scheduled reporting. (support Contract administrators)
  • Assist with Customer / Site / Service / Routing evaluations, corrections and improvements
  • On Site Training and Implementation of new Municipal Contracts
