Accounts Receivable Administrator - Contract - 17153

About The Opportunity

Our Ottawa based client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to help guide the billing and collections of accounts and other miscellaneous duties. This is a contract opportunity for 6 months and open to those located in the Ottawa, ON area.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Follow up and ensure timely receipt of customer purchase orders to enable billing and payment
  • by contracted due dates and terms
  • Process monthly services billings and subscription billings per contracted terms
  • Collection of accounts receivable and timely follow up on overdue accounts
  • Process incoming cash receipts
  • Assist with month end financial close procedures and quarterly audit reviews/year end audit
  • Assist with regular and ad-hoc information requests and reporting

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • 2+ years relevant accounting experience
  • Experience with an ERP accounting system, Netsuite an asset
  • BSc degree or diploma in Finance or Accounting
  • Strong client service and communication skills

About the Job

Hybrid work environment (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and flexible working hours.
