Job Details:

Our valued aviation client requires a
Senior Organizational Change Manager to support ongoing work within our Technology Resilience Program. This is a multi-year endeavor with many different workstreams aimed at solidifying the foundations of our IT department. The OCM Specialist will be responsible for supporting all aspects of this portfolio with stakeholder engagements, communications, training plans, developing and achieving metrics, etc.


Senior Organizational Change Manager
Responsibilities:

  • Support our key stakeholders through the various workstreams.
  • Through stakeholder engagement, creating supporting resources, understanding risks, developing mitigation strategies and understanding where we have converging changes and providing recommendations on how to avoid or bridge those gaps where possible.
  • Creating a Communications strategy, identifying and understanding risks, creating a mitigation strategy for those risks, developing a training plan and assisting in the development of resource plans.
  • Drafting communications to numerous stakeholders using different mediums (email, teams, SharePoint), comfortable presenting/facilitating in meetings with executives and employees alike.


Senior Organizational Change Manager Must Have Skills:

  • Ability to create and edit SharePoint pages
  • PROSCI certification
  • Previous OCM Experience
  • Strong Office 365 capabilities - specifically PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel


Senior Organizational Change Manager
Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working on OCM initiatives for IT projects
