Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead and drive our sales efforts. This senior-level role will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth, expand client relationships, and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the legal services market, and the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for the executive team.
  • Represent at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of legal services, client acquisition, and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse and interpret sales data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Preferred Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
  • Previous experience in legal, consulting, or other professional services is highly desirable.
  • Experience in managing and scaling sales teams in a competitive market.
