Bilingual Technical Support Engineer – (Our client are leaders in the electrical sector)
100% Remote Work with Extensive Travel required 50% of the time, primarily to client locations in Ottawa and Montreal (or other regions as needed).
Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Company Car
Work Hours: M-F (flexibility required for occasional late evenings)

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by showcasing the technical strengths of the company’s products. - Bilingual: Fluent in English and Quebec French (mandatory).
- Experience: 3+ years in a technical service or field engineering role within the electrical field.
- Customer-Focused: Excellent communication and client interaction skills. You should have a “go-getter” personality and a knack for engaging with North American clients.

- Product Knowledge: Be the go-to person for all technical questions, delivering presentations and demonstrations at trade shows and seminars.
