Your key responsibilities

We are hiring into our Business Consulting group in the following roles:

Senior Consultant: As a senior consultant, you will begin to develop specialized knowledge, manage larger and more complex components of our projects, and will have greater responsibility for engagement delivery and execution.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Senior: A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in business, STEM, or another related major
  • Soexperience in industry or with a professional services firm
  • Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness with experience in one or more of the following: transformation programs, operating model, strategy development, customer experience, value proposition definition, product portfolio review, revenue improvement, and cost reduction initiatives, innovation initiatives, customer and industry research, project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a logical and methodical approach
  • Willingness and ability to learn and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Committed to integrity within a professional environment
