Description

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator in the Professional Services industry, based in Toronto, Ontario. The workplace is a dynamic and collaborative environment, where the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative and analytical tasks. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting market research to support business decisions
  • Coordinating administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations
  • Utilizing Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Word, to manage data and create reports
  • Performing data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Managing communication with clients and stakeholders via Cisco Webex Meetings
  • Utilizing CRM systems to manage customer relationships and record interactions
  • Handling inbound calls, providing customer service and resolving inquiries
  • Managing the company's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Participating in budget processes, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial efficiency
  • Creating and managing Banner Ads for promotional purposes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a professional services environment as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in financial services software, preferably ADP.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, specifically Banner Ads.
  • Experience with virtual meeting software, such as Cisco Webex Meetings.
  • Knowledge and experience using Concur for travel and expense management.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Experience with time management software, such as About Time.
  • Ability to handle and direct inbound calls effectively and professionally.
  • Familiarity with budget processes in a professional services setting.
  • Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
