JOB PURPOSE
As Manager, Professional Services you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of system implementation and consulting services to Nulogy's customers. You will be responsible for managing a team of Professional Services Consultants, enabling them to create positive customer outcomes through the effective delivery of projects with an emphasis on the successful implementation of Nulogy's platform. You will advocate on behalf of the Professional Services team in internal discussions and in escalations from customers or internal teams. You will also contribute to improving the Nulogy customer journey and strengthening interfaces between individuals and teams internally.

JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enable Professional Services Consultants to be effective in completing project tasks and deliverables in a timely fashion, ensuring project success
- Assist Professional Services Consultants in managing changes to project scope, implementation approach, modules implemented, project timelines, and on-site resourcing requirements
- Manage high level customer communications and escalations
- Work closely with the Director of Professional Services to resource and staff projects
- Hold regular 1:1s, career development discussions, and performance reviews with direct reports
- Ensure customer scoping and pre-sales services support is staffed according to requirements, and work closely with Senior Professional Services Consultants on new project scope definition
- Work closely with Nulogy's Product team on coordination of activities for implementation of new functionality as part of an end to end implementation of Nulogy's platform
- Maintain inter-personal and inter-team interfaces, and coach team members on addressing conflict and issues when they arise
- Work closely with the Director of Professional Services to implement processes and technology that will allow the team to scale while maintaining project success
- Equip Finance with required information in the event of billing disputes, questions, and background for renewal discussions
- Lead and contribute to internal Nulogy initiatives including collaboration with Nulogy's Product team on prioritization of new features, providing input on User Experience (UX) design, and advocating for development to address customer pains and priorities
- Assist with the hiring process including screening applications, performing phone interviews, in-person interviews, conducting reference calls, and providing input to the hiring decision
- Post-secondary degree or diploma
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services delivery and enterprise software implementation
- Experience in supervising and managing direct reports preferred
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and/or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with a foundation in common supply chain concepts
- Demonstrated ability to quickly develop a thorough understanding of enterprise products and services
- Strong presence, ability to articulate complex concepts accurately, and follow a logical structure in presenting ideas in both written and verbal communications
- Excellent management skills including the ability to effectively coach, mentor, and develop direct reports, provide career development planning, and conduct new employee onboarding
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a product and industry thought leader, both internally and externally
- Excellent organizational management skills
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Holds a valid driver's license
- Able to travel to the US
