DCCHail is looking for a Customer Service Representative located in Calgary, Alberta. We are a growing team with opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and provide answers to questions accordingly with respect to their insurance claim(s)
- Outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments (Estimates and Repairs)
- Outbound calls to customers with status updates
- Assist with customer appointment check-ins and customer deliveries
- Update internal systems with detailed/accurate notes
- Assist with in person customer service as well as office work
- High School Diploma
- Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a safe driving history
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- French is an asset
