What You Will Accomplish Here…

As an Account Executive in our Client Services Department, you will be able to leverage your natural ability to harness relationships with clients in a diverse and challenging business climate. We are seeking a professional like you to support our clients’ needs by executing strategic sales plans and delivering results. Our customers are manufacturers, regulators, and operators within the Gambling industry. This is a customer service/sales-focused position and a fit for someone who thrives on driving sales and helping clients solve problems. You will consult directly with clients to identify their needs and provide viable, efficient solutions resulting in high levels of client trust and lasting relationships. This position would focus on fostering new business with new clients, and maintaining business relationships with assigned existing clients.

This position will build the success of the client services team and ultimately our clients by focusing on the following:

  • Provide world-class customer service on behalf of the Client Services department.
  • Regularly connect (remotely and in-person) with new and existing North American customers.
  • Build relationships with assigned clients by acting as a primary point of contact.
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential new clients.
  • Develop tailored strategies to meet each client’s goals, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase our market share. Grow business with these existing clients, by identifying solutions and services to aid their expansion efforts in order to achieve year-on-year sales.
  • Meet or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals by proactively managing pipelines and forecasts.
  • Manage contracts, contract renewals, and participate in negotiations and pricing discussions to align with both client and company objectives. Be r esponsible throughout the sales lifecycle - from lead generation through to needs analysis, to contract signing, and post-service follow-ups for the achievement of customer satisfaction.
  • Keep CRM system fully up to date for all your assigned customers.
  • Work closely with GLI’s Marketing team, other regional global Sales teams, Delivery and other cross functional teams in support of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Participate, as assigned, in tradeshows, conferences and roundtables.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience And Skills

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a previous sales/development role is required.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience working in the gaming industry is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma, certificate or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, Sales, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Must have experience creating and delivering convincing presentations to senior-level clients.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office and excel.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in collaborative decision-making across technology, sales, and customer teams.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays and extended hours beyond the traditional workweek, as needed.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and accuracy.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.

Location: This position may be remote but must be near a major airport.

Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

Salary: $80K - $95K annually; based on experience.

Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 40%, including occasionally on short notice.
