Our client is a pioneering AI-powered platform designed to streamline the entire process of handling non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). As the first and only automated solution for NDAs, they simplifies every step, from distribution and analysis to redlining, negotiation, approvals, and final execution. By eliminating the need for expensive legal resources, the platform offers a cost-effective and efficient alternative for managing NDAs.
Having already gained significant traction, our client has found product-market fit, with a strong customer base that includes investment banks and private equity firms. Recently, the company has expanded into new markets, such as real estate and enterprise software, further broadening its reach and impact.
Location: United States of America and Canada
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new mid-market customers and expand existing accounts. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement lead generation campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of mid-market clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition of products or services.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to secure new business while ensuring profitability. Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
- Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and feedback. Share insights from customer interactions to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Regularly update forecasts and sales reports to track progress against targets.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new customers to ensure a smooth transition. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-sale to maximize their success and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings to effectively position solutions.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or account management. Previous experience selling to mid-market clients or within the relevant industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on consultative selling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong listening skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at various levels within an organization. Experience in managing long sales cycles and complex deal structures.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess customer needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer success, to achieve shared goals.
- Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and company strategies. Open to feedback and continuous improvement in sales techniques.
- A genuine interest in helping clients succeed and a strong desire to drive sales growth. Motivation and resilience to overcome challenges and stay focused on results.
