The Role:

The Business Performance team at Cooke will completely rethink business enablement. We need innovative analysts that will develop new analysis and reporting capabilities for Cooke. The Business Intelligence Analyst will connect to a range of data sources to prepare and cleanse data for the creation of best-in-class Sales, Inventory, Production and Advanced Warehousing reports and dashboards.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Explore and investigate data to develop reports and dashboards
  • Deliver and present data and findings in a meaningful format to key stakeholders in support of business initiatives and projects
  • Create reporting, analyses templates and standardized views of business performance
  • Leverage industry best practices in analytics and data management
  • Determine new process improvement opportunities and best practices for the Cooke team
  • Provide technical expertise to our report and dashboard end users to support their analysis
  • Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality and integrity issues

Skills and qualifications that are essential include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science
  • Proficient in data presentation and creation
  • Familiar with common database structure
  • Strong Excel experience
  • Knowledge or experience in 1 or more of the following: Alteryx, SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Snowflake or Tableau
  • Knowledge in CRM or D365 is an asset
