We are currently seeking a Supervisor, Test & Repair to join the National Supply Chain team. This position reports directly to the Manager, Supply Chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing motivation and leadership to all Test and Repair Technicians in the region.

***Please note that the shift is working during the evening shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm MST Monday - Friday.What you'll be doing:
  • Oversee Test and Repair operations
  • Manage department operational budgets and forecasts
  • Lead a high performance team through professional development
  • Ensure that department standards are established and maintained
  • Provide national support and technical direction to regional equipment redeployment teams
  • Ensure that workplace safety standards are emphasized and enforced
  • Ensure team is meeting expectations through regular performance reviews
  • Collaborate with Engineering and other key stakeholders to establish national test and repair standards
  • Ensure that manufacturers and suppliers are meeting technical and service level performance metrics
  • Support and foster a strong team environment
  • Provide technical training as required
  • Ensure workplace safety standards are emphasized and implemented
  • Other duties as required
What you'll bring:
  • Post secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership or project coordinator role
  • 1-2 years experience in process and test document mapping and creation
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proficient understanding of technical operational of Customer Premise and Network Premise Equipment
  • Familiarity with telecommunications industry standards and trends
  • Strong organizational Skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Ability to create inventory reports
