Job Description:

We are an enterprise customer authentication platform offering customer identity management, authentication, risk assessment, and post-authentication workforce enablement assisted channel capabilities. As a senior member of the organization, you must thrive in a technical leadership role and naturally be a collaborative & transparent team member. You will lead/partner with a highly versatile team of software engineers with the key partnership of product owners and architects. You will drive the technology product group level design and be able to articulate solution options to the senior leadership. Your design specialization must have a strong emphasis on proven design patterns, trade-offs, and evolutionary incremental changes that lead to the north star product vision.

We are part of the Next Evolution of Work (NEW) CIAM Product Family within Protect with the full adoption of TD Scaled Agile practice (TDSA). We are embarking on an interesting transformation change to operate in this new operating model with a strong emphasis on product culture and value-driven mindset.

As a Design Thinker, you must have:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in technology programs (preferably software engineering or computer science)
• Strong hands-on software development and business system analysis experience, translating business requirements into product-driven systems specifications, behavior-driven development user stories, acceptance criteria, UML diagrams
• Familiarity with system design principles such as Reactive Principles, Bounded Context, Actor Model
• Exceptional understanding of Customer Identity and Access Management domain
• Familiarity with Ping/Forgerock suite of application stack including but not limited to Ping Federate, ForgeRock Authorization, ForgeRock Intelligent Access, PingIDM Lifecycle & Relationship Management, PingIDM Identity Workflow, PingDS Directory Server, and PingGateway Edge Security
• Exceptional experience with Confluence and Jira tool set
• Strong partnership experience to drive User Story grooming and mapping sessions
• Experience in building message-driven solutions using Kafka or similar message hubs
• Strong database knowledge background to translate business requirements into table entities, relationships, constraints, partitions, etc.
• Familiarity with DynaTrace software-intelligence monitoring platform to build and manage highly resilient domain-driven services
• Understanding of REST API and microservices in domain-driven design using hexagonal architecture principles
• Familiarity with large batch file-based solutions using Apache Camel integration framework
• Familiarity with Autosys to handle process scheduling
• Familiarity with TIBCO file transmission process
• Familiarity with Telemetry and OpenTelemetry framework
• Familiarity with Circuit Breaker design pattern
• DevOps practices including CI/CD, Jenkins, test automation
• Familiarity with log management tools like Splunk
