Accounting Contract - International Department

The Opportunity

In this role, you will work closely with our Accounting Team – International Department, focusing on invoicing operations. What You’ll Do

Support the Invoicing Team, International Department in managing the creation, processing, and distribution of invoices:

• Support the Invoicing Team in managing the creation, processing, and distribution of invoices.
• Resolving inquiries, including issuing debits & credits to resolve discrepancies, and answering invoicing-related questions.
• Update and adjust sales orders per approval.
• Complete required customs paperwork.
• Perform basic office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Assist in the month-end closing procedures.
• Participation in ad hoc projects.

Who We’re Looking For

Education and Experience

• Completion of a Diploma or Degree in a related program such as Accounting.
• 1 year of experience in an administrative position or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Additional Details

• Salary range: $40,000-$50,000 per annum.

• This position is 100% in office, located in Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver.
