Product Manager, Smart Connectivity NAM
The product manager plays a key role in supporting the company's product strategy and implementation. This position collaborates across multiple departments, including R&D, Operations, Sales, and Marketing, to drive the development and success of innovative products. This is a hybrid role, based in either Atlanta, US or Richmond, Canada.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $93,000 - $113,000. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education, and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.

This position collaborates across multiple departments, including R&D, Operations, Sales, and Marketing, to drive the development and success of innovative products. This is a hybrid role, based in either Atlanta, US or Richmond, Canada.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce product plans, specify and manage priorities and release programs with some level of autonomy
- Build foundational understanding of target customers and markets across the wireless landscape, including enterprise, mobility and networking applications
- Define and document commercial requirements based on customer research, competitive analysis, and market trends. In partnership with engineering, prioritize and scope requirements into new product development projects.
- Partner with Product Management leaders and work closely with key technology partners to understand future impacts and direction to our internal roadmap
- Contribute to the management of new product development programs. This includes, but is not limited to, authoring of user stories, review and management of project deliverables, and tracking and responding to project performance metrics.
- Work in partnership with marketing to drive product positioning, launch, and other commercialization activities. This includes, but is not limited to, the definition of key marketing messages, support for the generation of marketing collateral, and the development of sales demos and tools.
- Support the global sales and channel organization through regular product training, webinars, and product demos
- Develop and maintain regional connectivity pricing and relevant market pricing respective to assigned geographies
- Track and report on key management metrics of the product line, including sales and revenue targets, sales opportunity funnel metrics, and competitive updates. Prepare and drive countermeasures where performance does not meet target expectations.
- Perform benchmarking analysis on competitive products and provide feedback to sales and channel organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field
- 2-5 years technology product management experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role, with a customer-centric mindset
- Basic understanding of technical platforms and dependencies
- Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
