Agilus is recruiting for a Project Manager in the retail industry in a hybrid work environment in North Vancouver, British Columbia.
As a Project Manager, you will work with the ERP and Business Systems team to coordinate and execute tasks across all stages of prioritized Tech and ERP projects. You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders and project teams to achieve project goals that align with company objectives, ensuring consistent project standards and facilitating communication and support throughout the project lifecycle. This position is based in our North Vancouver office with the option for hybrid remote work. Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities
- Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and schedules to align with objectives and milestones
- Assist with project initiation by gathering requirements, defining scope, and coordinating initial planning activities.
- Coordinate internal resources and external vendors, providing updates and ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to manage deliverables, track progress, and align expectations.
- Facilitate change management activities, including coordinating training sessions and preparing related materials.
- Monitor project risks and issues, document them, and support the development of mitigation plans.
- Support post-implementation activities by gathering feedback and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure project documentation and decision tracking adhere to ERP and technology standards.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, key project phases, and the project lifecycle within a business environment
- Relevant university degree or technical diploma with 5–7 years of experience in IT, technology, or ERP project management, ideally within SAP or another ERP system.
- PMP, Activate, or Scrum certification.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of collaborating with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Continuous improvement mindset, eager to learn and support both individual and organizational growth.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated willingness to take initiative.
- Adaptability to balance independent work and collaboration in a team-oriented setting.
- Experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades, particularly in retail, supply chain, or manufacturing environments, would be highly valued.
- Strong experience working with cross-functional teams, such as sourcing, omnichannel, finance, logistics, or sales, is critical. Familiarity with stakeholder engagement in large-scale organizations would be a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or other project management and collaboration platforms.
- $91000.00 - $114000.00 annually
