Position Summary
Supports the oversight of regulatory matters and strategy implementation to ensure the organization complies with applicable regulations. Responsibilities will include obtaining and renewing necessary licenses and permits, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and monitoring changes in legislation that impact our operations.

Position Summary
Supports the oversight of regulatory matters and strategy implementation to ensure the organization complies with applicable regulations. Responsibilities will include obtaining and renewing necessary licenses and permits, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and monitoring changes in legislation that impact our operations.
- Location: 490 Lucas Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba (on-site) travel is required periodically.
- Schedule: 40 Hours Monday to Friday
- Prepares filings and tracks applications for licensing, certification, and permits and interacts with governmental officials during the regulation and certification process.
- Monitors compliance with existing regulations and upcoming or changing regulations.
- Participates in processes to report, investigate, and addresses any issues of non-compliance.
- 2 years of transportation industry experience
- College diploma, with a focus on business
- MS office and intermediate level Excel
- Data Entry-Keyboarding skills
- Filing accuracy
- Previous licensing and permits experience is preferred
- Experience with IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement), preferred
- Valid drivers license and vehicle are required
