What you'll do

Are you passionate about driving organizational change and enabling teams to adopt and embrace change? We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Enterprise Change Enablement Lead to join our growing team. Our strategy combined with the complexity and rate at which the retail industry is transforming makes leading change in a dynamic environment critical to our success.

As an Enterprise Change Enablement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies that support our strategy and align with our business objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, executives, and subject matter experts, you will drive successful adoption and execution of large-scale enterprise change initiatives. Additionally, we are committed to building the agility of our organization and our people through the development of an enterprise-wide change management capability to more effectively enable the organization to thrive.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to not only oversee the planning and execution of change strategies for key initiatives but also play a key role in establishing an enterprise-wide change management capability, making a lasting impact on our organization's ability to navigate the ever-changing retail landscape.

  • Develop and implement an enterprise change management framework, including strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives, mitigate resistance, and ensure smooth transitions for all stakeholders involved.

  • Identify potential risks and resistance to change and develop proactive strategies to address them effectively.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of changes on various departments and stakeholders.

  • Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changes effectively. Identify training needs, develop content, and coordinate delivery methods such as workshops or online modules.

  • Create comprehensive communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging throughout the change process.

  • Support leaders in developing change leadership capabilities across the organization, building and fostering a culture of change readiness across the enterprise.

  • Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives through metrics and feedback mechanisms.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees during times of change, addressing concerns and facilitating their engagement in the process.

  • Lead continuous improvement of change management practices. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of change management practices and strategies, seeking feedback from stakeholders, measure outcomes against predetermined metrics, and identify areas for improvement in order to continuously enhance the organization's change management capabilities.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. CCMP, Six Sigma, Prosci, Agile, Lean, and other related project and/or change management certifications considered a strong asset.

  • Proven experience as a Change Leader or similar role within a complex organizational environment.

  • Strong background in change management consulting, preferably from a reputable consulting practice and demonstrated ability to apply consulting methodologies, tools and best practices to effectively support large-scale enterprise change initiatives within the retail industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams through change processes.

  • Data-driven decision-maker, with the ability to analyze data, identify key metrics, and use them to inform change strategies.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and risks associated with change initiatives.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
