Vantage is experiencing exponential growth through new facilities coupled with acquisitions across North America and Europe.

Our Operations Team

This team is responsible for the overall operation of all mechanical and electrical systems, building maintenance, and server room efficiency. The team works every day, 24 hours a day, with critical infrastructure technicians present at all times. They act as ambassadors of Vantage to our clients; the continuous operation of our data centers and the performance of our clients’ facilities depend on them. Using a critical maintenance management system to plan and monitor activities, the operations department can perform all preventive and corrective work. Our corporate culture encourages and rewards teams that perform by engaging directly with clients and taking charge of the infrastructure. In this case, staff accomplishes the work independently rather than relying on suppliers, offering superior quality of service, faster and at lower costs.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Technician of Critical Infrastructures at our data center in Montreal, who recognizes top-quality service and can realize this concept. This person plays a key role in our team, managing some of the most efficient and profitable data centers in the industry.
