Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support the most senior executives of our company. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our executive leadership team, managing complex schedules, coordinating strategic initiatives, and facilitating high-level communication across the business. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Dye & Durham Executive Leadership Team.

  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, and events across multiple time zones.

  • Prepare agendas, briefings, and follow-up actions for executive meetings and external engagements.

  • Coordinate board meetings and associated events

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

  • Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of senior executives.



Strategic Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

  • Assist in preparing board materials, investor updates, and leadership reports.

  • Represent executives in meetings when required, capturing key takeaways and ensuring timely follow-ups.



Operational Excellence

  • Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics, including visas, accommodations, and itineraries.

  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and other approvals for executive-related activities.

  • Support in the planning of executive offsites, leadership retreats, and high-profile events.



Global & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Facilities team and other department heads, and teams across global offices.

  • Support corporate governance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

  • Assist in managing crisis communication and high-priority situations with professionalism.



Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior executives in a global organization, preferably in the legal, technology, or professional services industry.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools (Teams and Zoom),

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders confidently.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential matters.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.




  • Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.

  • Provides senior level administrative and operational support within a large, diverse team including one or more senior executives.
