We are looking for a Recruitment Lead to join our collaborative and delivery-focused People Team! As Recruitment Lead, you will partner with leadership to drive end-to-end recruitment from both a hands-on and strategic perspective. Recruiting is a significant way the People Team impacts project delivery and you will play a critical role in finding and hiring top talent in our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and oversee candidate pipeline, source and identify candidates through various channels (job postings, database search) and qualify resumes/applications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align with business priorities
- Ensure positive candidate experience, facilitate first connections, introduce and build interest in Electric Mind, and build strong long-lasting relationships
- Qualify candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate interview debriefs
- Manage ATS including proactive candidate outreach, data hygiene, data mining, and reporting
- Support and grow junior team members
- Drive continuous improvement by providing best practice recommendations based on industry and market research and refine/enhance processes and techniques
- Promote and support our value prop, culture, and company values
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the consulting and/or technology industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong relationship building skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Degree/Diploma (or equivalent education/experience)
