The position is responsible for supporting the adjusters with administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry of financial transactions related to claims handling.
- Set up of new claims.
- Assistance with monitoring claims queue.
- Assist with duties in Team leader’s absence.
Qualifications:
- Computer experience including but not limited to Microsoft products.
- Excellent keyboard/data entry skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
