The Opportunity: Office Administration (On-Call)

The VSB is recruiting On-Call Office Administration staff for school-based and departmental roles (Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, etc.). Positions are available throughout the school year. Employees may access VSB's job board for temporary and permanent positions, with a comprehensive benefits package available after a 16-week probation period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and manage the school office.
• Reconcile, process accounts and invoices, and prepare correspondence and reports.
• Contribute to a positive school culture.

Qualifications:

• Completion of Grade 12.
• Related office or customer service experience.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Certificate/diploma in business administration is an asset.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, or accounting systems is an asset.
• Willingness to obtain an Intermediate First Aid Certificate.
