The Manager of Business Analysis must be creative, a self-starter, results oriented and highly motivated individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to apply this knowledge in the resolution of complex business problems. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written and presentation) to effectively liaise with business users, internal development team and members of project team. Solid business analysis or project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities within tight timeframes is required for this position. To be successful, the individual must thrive on challenge, be proactive, eager to learn, and be attentive to detail. Working knowledge of Logical Access Control, Identity Provisioning is also an asset.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
Independently resolve complex, multifaceted issues to meet the business needs of our clients. This involves leading and/or participating in
- Gathering of business and system requirements
- Investigation and research into the current state and identified business issues
- Contribute to design of solutions and future state processes to resolve identified business issues
- Contribute to current and future state process workflow
- Acting as Subject Matter Expert for supported application within GIAM
- Root cause analysis of incidents
- Preparing detailed proposal documents
- Reviewing and/or participating in the development and execution of test cases.
- Managing pilots, proofs-of-concepts and staged implementation activities
- Project implementation and post-implementation support
- Creating / updating existing documentation (BRD, Process Document, Quick Reference Guide, Video Tutorial etc.)
- Development of training material and training session
- Provide recommendation on communication strategy
- Research on existing product to ensure we leverage out of the box solution
- Continually acquire and enhance knowledge relate to identity management
- Address ad-hoc inquires and provide quick resolution
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operation efficiencies
- Champions a high-performance environment
- Implements people strategy that attracts, retains, develop and motivates team by frosting an inclusive environment
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
- University degree in technology, computer science, engineering OR equivalent experience
- 7 or more years in progressive roles within Engineering/Technology, with technical working experience developing and/or supporting multi-platform-based applications and infrastructure,
- 2 or more years’ experience in leading application development/delivery teams
- Previous working experience in Agile/Scrum software delivery model.
- Disciplined in development methodology and familiar with software development concepts and technologies.
- Demonstrate an innovative approach to technology-based solutions
- Deep understanding of web application architecture concepts, components, models, patterns
- Deep knowledge of a variety of frameworks (server side, browser side, desktop, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of a variety of technologies, frameworks, configuration management software, build tools, cloud solutions, and other technologies used by DevOps.
- Deep knowledge of agile principles and project management methodologies, with ability to manage concurrent projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain complex information for non-technical users and to influence decision making across stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor team members with differing opinions and levels of experience
- Proven ability to be flexible to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to make quick, data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to be reliable, proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Project management skills to map and execute short- and long-term plans for the team
- Effective organization, planning, and time management skills
- Strong capacity and planning skills; able to forecast and schedule activities to a degree of accuracy based on past experiences and current known information
