Library Facilities Assistant Leadhand

Purpose: Under the direction of the Manager, Library Facilities, the Library Facilities Lead Hand is responsible for coordinating the facilities services following established procedures and guidelines.
Education: High School diploma.
Experience: A minimum of 1-year recent experience providing library, facilities or another related service. Some experience in a lead hand capacity acting as a resource to others. Experience in library preferred.
Skills: Basic computer skills. Working independently, dealing calmly, courteously and effectively with people. Good oral and written communication skills. Attending accurately to detail under pressure of high volume. Answering inquiries clearly and concisely. Good organization skills including setting priorities, multitasking and excellent problem-solving skills. Professionalism, tact and diplomacy.
