Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients, technicians, and other team members to provide analysis and documentation of ServiceNow SPM client implementations
  • Lead design workshops with client and RSM subject matter experts
  • Provide subject matter expertise of project, portfolio, and agile management best practices and ServiceNow configurations
  • Design business processes to meet client goals and needs
  • Document functional design, process flow diagrams, user stories, and gather feedback to influence solution design and approach
  • Evaluate project and portfolio management business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and designing solutions
  • Analyze diverse business requirements to be solved with configurations on the ServiceNow platform
  • Effectively document and communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry knowledge of project, portfolio, and agile management and enhancements to ServiceNow functionality, making recommendations on how they can be used to improve business processes
  • Work with technical team members to troubleshoot ServiceNow modules
  • Design enhancement requests, including changes to UI, system properties, foundation content, and modifications to existing workflow
  • Lead and ensure quality delivery of SPM technical solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements using the most efficient methods that leverage ServiceNow best practices and standards
  • Mentor teammates on ServiceNow platform best practices about SPM modeling, platform architecture, customizations, etc.
  • Respond to Request for Information/Proposals (RFIs/RFPs)
  • Travel expectations up to 20%

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of previous experience delivering information technology integration, outsourcing, performance consulting or management consulting services
  • 5+ years project portfolio management experience
  • Full life cycle COTS Implementation experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Highly self-motivated and directed character with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
  • Core competencies including business analysis, project management, business process evaluation, and organizational change management
  • Experience delivering IT consulting services/solutions many of which encompass strategy, people, and process, technology and infrastructure components
  • Familiarity with methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, and thought leadership to support the practice
  • Strong computer skills, experience with various software solutions (Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Ability to anticipate and address client concerns and issues
  • Ability to break complex issues into project steps and problem solve
  • Demonstrated work ethic along with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • Previous experience with operational process reviews and basic internal control requirements
  • Natural aptitude for solving problems
  • Strong technical and data analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow experience
  • 3+ years agile SDLC experience
  • Previous full cycle ServiceNow implementation
  • PMP or Prince certification or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a large organization or professional services firm
  • Basic understanding of data privacy regulations
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation (CIS) certification(s)
  • Involvement in implementation projects involving multiple ServiceNow applications and system integrations
  • Skills in workflow analysis, design, and process re-engineering principles
  • Understanding and demonstrated experience working with multiple clients

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $91,000 - $154,500

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
