Business Analyst – Data and Power BI Specialist

Working in the Central Operations team and reporting to the Business Analysis Team Lead, as a Data and Power BI analyst you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external supplier, to analyse, define and develop different reports and dashboards to support business needs. You will also apply your knowledge of best practices to suggest and implement the necessary improvements.

In this role you will :

• Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business needs;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions;
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI;
• Optimize and improve existing Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and usability;
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks;
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI reports and functionalities;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities;
• Participate in the implementation of workplace management best practices;
• Design and maintain the security and roles for the different reports and dashboards.
  
  

What we're looking for :

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field;
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Power BI Specialist or similar role;
• Experience with Power Platform and D365 data models;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure;
• Experience with DataFlows;
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
