Job Overview

This role supports the development, production, review, and maintenance of certification and continuing education programs. This role is also responsible for the implementation of assigned partner education programs within canfitpro’s delivery channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implements program distribution plans for assigned programs and courses based on project launch forecasts, development plans, and key milestones.
  • Provides insights for program development and delivery based on market research and best practices in adult education delivery.
  • Prepares production plans based on program launch timelines and key milestones.
  • Collaborates with other team members toward the development and delivery of each program.
  • Works with identified partners and vendors to produce programs or courses for delivery via in-person and online education channels.
  • Coordinates meetings with contributors and stakeholders to create a quality product with supporting resources including study materials, quizzes, or exams.
  • Supports the delivery of certification and continuing education programs with the intended objectives and outcomes.
  • Collaborates with team members to create clear and timely communications to PRO TRAINERS and key partners about the program timelines, features, changes, and delivery materials.
  • Develops resources to support product knowledge and awareness to share with associates, partners, and PRO TRAINERS.
  • Supports the training and upskilling of PRO TRAINERS teaching the program to maintain the quality of delivery for courses.
  • Supports the ongoing development and revision of courses, materials, and resources related to certification, continuing education, and recertification.
  • Reviews participant feedback and provides tracking and reporting of customer satisfaction for opportunities to enhance programs or courses.

Qualifications

Education

Minimum Required: Minimum of post-secondary education

Preferred: Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Related Field

Work Experience

Minimum Required: 1-3 years of related experience

Preferred: Project Management; Product Management

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Minimum Required:

Certification(s) in Fitness industry; Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred:

Familiarity with Learning Management System(s)

Working Conditions

  • Ability to sit, or stand, daily while using a computer – 7.5 hours with the ability to take breaks as needed
  • Continuous screen time demanding audio and visual attention – 2-4 hours at a time
  • Lifting or moving objects (event/club equipment, weights) – 4 hours / 1 month per year
  • Occasional Travel Required for on-site work

Compensation:

$43,000.00 - $65,000.00
