Marketing and Communication Intern

We are seeking a motivated and creative University Intern to join our dynamic team and contribute to our internal communications and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing internal communications and marketing initiatives for our portfolio of cloud services and tools.
• Collaborate with Strategic Product Managers (SPMs), Service Owners (SO), and Product Owners (POs) to create compelling content, including leaflets, videos, and bulletins, to effectively communicate product features and updates. As well, promote our portfolio across the organization.
• Support the development and execution of user communications strategies across the organization.
• Design and produce engaging visual content for internal distribution, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and suggest improvements.
• Organize and participate in meetings, workshops, and presentations to support communication objectives.
• Assist in maintaining and updating internal communication platforms and tools (e.g., Viva Engage, Sharepoint, Internal News).
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to enhance communication and marketing strategies.
• Perform analytics and measurements on the success of our campaigns with visualization of the results in PowerBI or similar tools.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative and analytical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software.
• Experience with video editing software and content management systems is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a fast-paced and innovative environment.
