• Sound, a boutique-sized audio house based in Calgary, is seeking a passionate and driven talent rep. If you thrive on performance, love connecting with people, and have a talent for building relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

As part of our team, you'll nurture existing clients, forge new partnerships, and play a key role in artist development and representation. You'll help fulfill the diverse voice-over needs of Television, Film, Streaming, Advertising, Corporate, Gaming, Audiobooks, and Web-based Multimedia content.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for Performance: A deep appreciation for voice work across film, television, audiobooks, commercials, and radio.
• Industry Relationships: Connections in Television, Film, Streaming, Advertising, Corporate, Gaming, or Web-based Multimedia are a major plus.
• Creative Vision: Ability to guide clients on voice-over casting and creative needs.
• Post-Production Knowledge: Familiarity with the post-production process as it pertains to voice.
• Booking Expertise: Understanding of booking types and pricing structures is advantageous.
• Exceptional Communication: Professionalism, charisma, and the ability to interact with clients at all organizational levels.
• Self-Motivation: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
• Fresh Perspectives: Innovative ideas and a new outlook on the talent industry are always welcome!

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate, prepare, and finalize booking agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Collaborate with in-house talent coordinators to fulfill client requests.
• Respond to voice demo requests and coordinate demo production with in-house engineers.
• Assist in developing and implementing social, promotional, and marketing content.
• Scout and refer new talent to Six Degrees and participate in the vetting process.
• Cultivate relationships with national and international talent agency partners to explore growth opportunities.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications, with additional opportunities for commission.
