You need…

• A Positive & Friendly Attitude
• A Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience
• Excellent Follow-up and Follow-through Skills to Ensure Client Satisfaction
• To be Completely Comfortable Up-selling Clients on Luxury Products and Services
• 3 years Experience as a Service Advisor
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience (Reynolds Ignite preferred)

Specific job functions…

• Greet customers as they come in for service inside the drive-thru to initiate the repair order process
• Review history & current vehicle data to promote required service & recommendations, including monthly specials
• Accurately document client concerns, initial costs and contact information on the repair order
• Keep clients updated with vehicle status
• Accurately report diagnostics and estimates to the customer
• Document approved repairs and update promise times
• Review all written notes and charges on the invoice once repairs are completed and prior to billing
• Review and ensure all open ROs are closed as quickly as possible
• Perform other duties related to skills and experience as required by management
