We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered solutions to help legal teams generate better documents, negotiate smarter, and achieve justice for their clients faster. You will drive product strategy and tactics, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, machine learning researchers, and data scientists.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working at least 3 days a week from one of our office hubs.

What you'll do:

  • Understand user needs through qualitative and quantitative approaches; build products and features that are broadly and deeply adopted.
  • Apply cutting-edge AI capabilities to user problems.
  • Collaborate with a skilled team to ship high-quality features, with high velocity.
  • Work with leaders across product marketing, sales, customer success, and operations to ensure seamless user experiences during new feature launches and customer onboardings.
  • Influence company strategy; execute on tactics with high accountability and velocity in cross-functional sprints.

What we look for:

  • At least 4 years of experience in product management.
  • Experience building workflow products for B2B specialized power users.
  • Experience building AI products.
  • Experience with B2B pricing and packaging.
  • Excellent qualitative and quantitative research skills, including SQL and data-driven storytelling.
  • Strong writing ability.
  • Execution mindset; ability to meet deadlines.
  • Startup experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
